- 3.5 cl. (1¼ oz) apple juice
- 1.5 cl. (²∕₄ oz) grape distillate
- 10 cl. (3²∕₄ oz) Prosecco
- Garnish with a cherry
Pour the ingredients straight into the glass and stir gently.
Grape distillate is made straight from grapes, so it is nobler and lighter than grappa. I called the cocktail “beyond the garden” because I imagined a cottage on a hill, with a big garden in front. Beyond it stretch away vineyards and orchards, their scents and flavors mingling in the glass.

|Tasting notes:||Straw-yellow, with greenish reflections. Very fine and elegant yet complex in its typicality, from which arise delicate floral and fruit notes of white pulp with pear, exotic fruits and slight mineral hints. Good structure and elegant and streamlined body, harmonious in its lively freshness.|
|Food matching:||It is the sparkling wine for every moment of the day.|
|Serve:||It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 6 and 8°C.|
